>>No Title, No Words<< Blues

This is probably not a bad mix BUT, I'm not getting anything lyrically.
Oh well, I'm sure it will come to me..............
In the meantime, rake it over the coals pleeze

Nice groove, Dan!

I get a kind of "Polk Salad Annie" kind of vibe from this one.

The drums are sounding a little on the lo-fi side but the playing over all is soulful and well executed.

Great guitar work too.

Maybe lyrically, you could structure it with a talking part, kinna like telling a story and then have a sung chorus part to bring it all together.

Possible stories to tell:

A cheatin' women

Bein' so broke you had to pan handle money off a bum!

An evil boss

I don't know?!

Maybe make a writing post out of this one Dan, if your really stuck for words?

Cheers!

G'day,

Nice slinky little groove - I see your lyric skulking along and then resolving up to chorus into the 5-7-5 bits.

With it playing I could hear/see

A guy sittin' on a street.....
a fine lady walk on by....
Knowin' she's just too fine for him
...but looking anyway...

The "chorus" then becomes a plea for recognition

Can't help the symptoms, send me a sign/smile

Nice solo, as always Put a tidy, sweet little ending on the final product too please!

Q.
