The playing is nice. The vocals are good BUT--work on the diction. All the words are not clear, some are unfinished.

Yeah. The vocals sound a lot better now. I think the guitars sound OK, but I still think they should be panned a little more. Unfortunately due to the mp3 format I get that annoying wavery sound that you get with mp3 compression. What program are you using to create mp3s?
