Requirements or qualifications for inclusion on a future HR comp?

I don't frequent this forum everyday (I should) so I'm wondering if someone can tell me the qualifications for getting a track on a future volume of an HR comp? Will there be a Vol. 3? If so, when (approximately)? Are there any minimum equipment requirements to be considered for inclusion on a comp?

Here's my situation: I have an acoustic guitar, a Behringer microphone, an ART mic pre-amp, a Boss Chorus pedal, and my recorder is a Fostex MR-8. Is a guitar and vocals too minimalist? And what final form must my demo be in - cd-r okay? One other thing - original tunes only, I assume?

BTW, I'll be ordering the new comp today.

If there is a Vol 3 (which depends on the willingness of people to make one, it's a lot of work) then there are no requirements on the actual music. Only on your membership. You have to have been reasonably active.

See the requirements for Vol 2, which are here somewhere.

Well, you could start by buying Volume 2! It's awesome!

I won't be doing Volume 3. I think I've found someone to take it over though...so any requirements will be up to them.

See the comp cd page:
