ADAT to MP3

I posted this yesterday, but now I can't find it. Can anybody tell me the best way to transfer 24 track ADAT recordings to MP3 format?

Thanks and yes, I should clarify. I would like to be able to put my bands' songs on the net. I guess we would probably use a DAT master instead of the ADAT individual tracks. I am assuming that I will have to go thru some computer software to accomplish this. I will check the other forum for anyhting someone else might have said on this subject. Thanks again!
