That's the very point I tried to explain to TASCAM when I wrote to them.

They simply don't give a rat's ass about it.

OT; I had heard of a web based data base that was attempting to achieve the internet, storing millions of pages on their servers of old and forgotten sites. Perhaps they captured some of the tascam bbs pages??

Anyone out there have a link to the archive engine I refer to?
