nanosynth setup help

I'm having trouble setting up my nanosynth. I have a pc with external interface (2 ins 2 outs), i have a simple midi keyboard so obviously i'd like the sounds of the nanosynth to play through keyboard. Using cubasis and/or an older version of cakewalk. I'd like to control the nanosynth through both the computer and the front panel when necessary. thanks for any help. Jeff
