Major problem: Record analog from Minidisc to CEP. Both tracks play = soft soft sound

A single minidisc track plays fine. Only when they are together is the sound nearly nothing at all. All outputs working fine. Purely a software issue.

do you mean that when you record a stereo track to HDD you get no sound when you play both channels? Phase problem maybe? did you do your MD recording with a stereo mike? do you use your computers mike input-these are not always stereo and can cause some weird effects?
