788 hard drive

Finally got around to ordering a new chip (v 2.02) for my 788 so now it's time for a hard drive.

Any suggestions? I'm figureing not much more than a 40 gig with the most important factor being that it would be quieter than the original unit.

It takes and IDE drive right?

I'm looking at a Seagate 40 gig for $64
and a Hitachi 60 gig for $68

I did the 40gb Seagate Barracuda. It's quiet and not excessively hot.

I ended up going with a 60 gig Hitachi, which I think is rebadged as a couple of other makes. Brown truck should bring it by tomorrow.
