MIDI to .wav

In working with n-Track and several other combined MIDI/audio sequencers, I find the big problem is to get MIDI files to wav so they can be mixed down to a final .wav file that can be put on CD for mastering.
Anyone know of a quick, easy way to do this? A utility? A technique?

Sure, just play them in one program (like Windows media player) while recording in another (like n-track).
