Eqing 3 very similar voices

For a harmony part with 3 voices which sound very much alike (Dad, Bro, & I), do you basically keep the same eq on all 3 voices?

i'll first try the similar settings...HEAR how it sounds then change it up to see what happens. if its not happening i'll go back to the similar settings

How about, uniquely for each voice, or similarly if to put them in the same effect -ie a group of back-up voices, but only if or as needed?
