"going rates" for soundtracs topaz...

hey guys, i think this will be my last console question for now, lol. thanks to everyone who's been helping me out...

whats a pretty good price for a soundtracs topaz 24x8 without the meter bridge? the one i'm looking at apparantly has a few LEDs out on one channel, but thats the only thing wrong with it. its $1250 OBO, but that seems a little high to me based on the prices i've seen you guys say you got yours for on here. i was thinking of offering $850...i don't know if thats fair? i haven't seen any of the 24x8s on ebay so its hard to gauge how much they go for, lol.
