cool shop and a new Taylor

i wrote back a few weeks ago about laying away a Big Baby Taylor well i had a gig tonite and really wanted to go ahead and get it out but i resigned myself to keep it on layaway til i paid it down so i took in 50 $s to put on it ...th guy who manages th store says "how would you like to take it home," i say sure but i still owe a chunk he says your a good customer take it on pay me when you get it ,60 days enough time and i said sure so i've been playing it all afternoon and alot at th gig ...even i have stood in defense of mega chains at times for whatever reason ,but, this was way beyond cool and i would tell th name but this isn't something they advertise....so sleep well tonite kiddies theres still good business people out there

That's called customer service, and it is the reason I always prefer to shop at small retailers. I am willing to pay a little more for good service.
