I just built a simple magazine-type rack on the back the door to my control room. It cleaned up the clutter of track-sheets, equipment manuals and other magazines and papers all over the desk.

It is simple to build, just 1x2"s and 5/16" dowel rods.
It kind of looks like a ladder, but of course it would not hold your weight!

The best thing about it is that it looks cool with all the Guitar Player, Electronic Musician, and Recording magazines!

It doesn't take up any floor space, because it resides in the door frame that was wasted anyway.

I anticipate a lot of use by musicians waiting for their bandmates to finish overdubbing that elusive solo part!

That sounds like a great idea. I'll have to build one. My mags are always in boxs.
Well, another Oregonian huh! Cool. I'm in Coos Bay. Wonder how many members live in Oregon. Hmmm. Anyway,t hanks for the idea.
