help me design my studio (20x20x8)

okay, heres the deal, we're building this inside of a larger shop area, and we figure the biggest it can be is 20x20x8 because there needs to be walking room around it... and then construct whatever we need inside of that. what do you think the best use of our space would be for recording rock bands? Vocals, Drums, guitars, bass, acoustic guitars... not nessecarilly all at once.

what do you think? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
