what am I doing wrong this time?!

Well, it didn't take long did it!

PROBLEMO #2 !!!

I recorded a gtar track on channel one. I can play it back (through channel's 7 & 8) no worries. But then when I go to do a vocal track, (of which I use channel 1 too as it has the mic) on playback, I get reverb coming through again.

Also when I press stop on the cubase toolbar, the echo intensifies after its stoppd til I get this crazy overload in the phones. Have I got something turned up too loud?
How do I get the gtar track not coming through on the voacl track? I am pressing the phones to my ears so as not to get any bleeding going into the mic but it's not working.
How do I fix all this?

Thanx for helping,
Nassa

Sounds like the output from the pc is being routed back into the input, check your mixer config.
