cubasis vst 4.0 midi clock send?

I have Cubasis VST 4.0 and am trying to send Midi clock to my Korg keyboard. I have set my keyboard to EXT. My midi in and outs are alright. I can set record and hit play on my korg sequencer to record but would rather have my keyboard get sent a message to receive midi clock.
Maybe Cubasis VST 4.0 doesn't let you do that. I don't know, this product is not very consumer friendly!
