Opcode DATPort converter - Home Recording

Has anyone bought an Opcode DATPort to convert the digital signal from a Fostex to USB to import the signal into a PC? I am having a difficult time finding a cable. One end, of course, would be the DAT end from the Fostex which would terminate in a coxial end (phono type). I understand that the Fostex data out is an optical output.
Anyway, it is a mystery to me.
