Friend had the same problem... Check your connections and if using a volume pedal for guitar make sure that is up, make sure guitar is up and if you can get the db up to -1.5.. it is a good range for me.Good luck. Heretic

Need help? Yeah pro-tools is not for the faint of heart... it is for people or professionals who know what they are doing and are dedicated.. first you will need to get up to 512 mb. of ram.. get a sweet hard drive.. i suggest a scsi external drive... need a scsi controller for your scsi...

Heres the deal.... Okay you are going to need to seriously think about updating your ram... to 512 should do but... I know people who have gotten by with 128 mb. You are going to need to learn how to use your software... thats the first step...if you are recording guitar only all you will need...
