Thanks for the feedback jmasek! Actually, I think you're the first person to say that they didn't like the drums. I do most of it with just drum samples, and that was the first beat that popped into my head while I was recording. Is it too heavy in the way that it is mixed, or just too "hard"...

Notes: Pitch problems on the vocals throughout the song. Needs to be fixed pretty badly. Also, to pick up on the feel of the song, you may want to consider throwing some more reverb on the vox to kinda get a more airy sound. I really like the cello, but it needs to be mixed in a bit better...

In a weird way, starts off with instrumentation similar to something you would hear from Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, which I personally love as a band. Not a fan of the vocal lines. Just sounds off. Otherwise, I like the actual music itself, but it does get a little repetetive after a while...

For some reason, I kept wanting to hear some synthesizer in there to help really fill out the sound. Maybe some sparse piano as well to help with the mood of the song.

Band reminds me of GlassJaw a bit, but much, much worse. I'd EQ the guitars a little bit more (cutting out the mids just a bit to get less of an aggressive, chunky sound out of it. Still could use a little more bass guitar. Otherwise, good mix.

Liking it a bit :D Your style is a little reminiscent of Dog Fashion Disco, but much more into the awesome guitar effects sounds and synth stuff.

Yes... and I never get anything done because of it.

Guitars sound kinda tinny and need more presence in the right channel. Tempo fluctuates here and there. Snare needs more rip.. kinda gets lost in the mix, and the kick needs a little more punch as well. Sounds very good for starting out!

Sounds pretty good, however that very first acoustic guitar could lay off the treble just a touch and given a little bit of a fuller sound. Additionally, that feedback loop at the end that starts around 3:20 needs to be pulled back in volume. It overwhelms it too much. Definitely excellent...

Thanks! One of my friends is begging me to finish it, so I might just have to now. I'm thinking of going into a 3/4 or 4/4 half time heavy groove part after that spacey higher pitched part to try and develop it some more. I'm guessing it would be a really sweet contrast to bring it all down...
