So, I'm at a stalemate...the AArdvark box has the DSP and a full version of Cakewalk. I don't own a mixer, so the built in pre's are a plus. The Delta's cheaper but probably more flexible in the long run with a Mackie 1202. I've already got N-track and with my SB live and a cheap stereo minidisk...

These are the two that I've narrowed it down to. How do the preamps compare? I heard that the Directpro supports +4Db inputs but that the Solo does not? Is this a big deal? How important is 96K? (no effects with directpro and 96k) any thoughts? Thanks in advance, Jason
