Thanks for your reply, i figured out how to use it, works pretty easy, i just needed to format the disk, and you have to hold play and record at the same time. i am looking for a larger card, 128mb or a 256mb card would be nice, if you have one for sale, or anyone else does, give me a pm.

At the moment we dont have anything fancy, im hoping to invest in a couple behringer b-5's and some sm57's but right now i have a load of dynamic microphones, and one of them i think is a condensor microphone but im not positive, it seems to sound alot better for some of the things i use it for.

Ok, i figure i will tell you about my setup first. I have a behringer xenyx 2222fx board which is plugged into a power conditioner, i run the mic's into the board, mix the sound, get everything sounding right, then send it to the rca outs, the rca cables take it to a box that sends it out...

Im looking at buying a behringer b-5 condensor microphone, it has two capsules one for close up micing of say, and acoustic guitar or vocals, and then another capsule for picking up ambient noises, say you could place it in an area of a room that seems to pick up the noise of a live performance...

like they said, theres no one way to do it, but, i like to record it live, everyone playing together, then re-record tracks separate, while they listen to the live recording.. thats just me, and usually start off with the drums, then bass, then guitar, then vocals... but, thats jsut me. hope you...
