Cuz i like it. I have been using it for about 6 or 7 years on PCs with no probs. if there is anything that i need that is newer i just get the plug in. But now I have a Mac and need a copy of Cubase for it. I mean if i could fined a cheap copy of Sx 4 or something that would be cool too.

Anyone know where i can buy a copy of the original cubase sx for my mac!

Would you even need a floor piece or even need to secure it down! If its just for a test, I dont think you should really worry about the floor!

Thanks Weasel, very good advice! Anyone know what will be the best place for amps to be in the room, Im thinking about just throwing them in the closet, But the closet has no door so I guess I will save a few panels to cover the amps with.

So a rug under my drums and my desk will be fine? That would be easy for me to do anyways!

Ok, Im just getting in to a new room.The only prob is, the new room is almost a square!!! I know...It sucks....But its my only option! The dimensions are 9ft 11in x 9ft 6in,with a 8ft ceiling and the room has a window and a closet. The floor is just concrete, but Im going to cover most of it...

yes, i can record with just clicking on the note with my mouse, but i cant with my midi controller!

Im using fl studio 8 with a evolution mk-449c midi controller hooked up with a usb! i can select a track and control it with the controller but i cant record it in the piano roll or anything!

Ok I have been trying to record some piano and bass on top of my fl drums, but I cant seem to figure out how to just hit record and play my midi keyboard over the drums! Ive been trying to do it in the piano roll, but it dosnt seem to be working. Is it even possible, what am I doing wrong!

I have a prob with firepod and cubase too Im useing Cubase Sx and i havent messed with my firepod much but i can only get it to record on two channels due only being able to record one left and one right....But i know i have to go into the program and do somethig with VST but i have no clue...

I just resently got my Firepod and havent quite get it all stragend out. My problem is that i can only record on 2 channel because Cubase will only let me record on one left and one right channel. Dose anyone know how to fix thes problem?...ok thanks guys!
