The OP did not have a compatible CD burner, do you? If not, then the only ways to get audio out of the 788 is SPDIF or analog sound. SPDIF will give you two tracks of digital output. You need to have a device that has SPDIF in. There are USB input devices that have this, such as Tascam...

If your sound card has an S/PDIF input, you can import 2 tracks at a time with that. Do not hook the SCSI to anything other then a recommended CDROM or Hard Disk. Doing so may permanently damage the Tascam.
