Hey folks, Can anyone tell me how to use the drum touch pads on the 1200 cd? I've examined the manual to no avail. My old 864 had a "pad" button that doesn't appear to be on the 1200. Anyway, thanks in advance...

I've mixed some tunes of ours with regular "big name" folks on the ipod, and never has anyone ever said, "Gee, this song sounds like yit compared to the last one". I think you can get pretty damned good with the gear thats out there today, at least as far as the vast majority of the masses ears...

I'd say the song. A mediocre song with good production is still a mediocre song. An awesome song with mediocre production....is an awesome song with mediocre production! :) Most music folks can see past the production if the song itself is compelling.

Good morning to all. On my BR-1200, there is a row of track buttons that also do duty as punch pads for drum sounds. I have been unable to figure out, with the manual or otherwise, how to set it up so it creates the drum sound associated with the button. Any help would be appreciated, and...
