2nd Quarter '03 is what their website says, but many times those release dates get pushed back quite a few weeks or months (BTW, it's already 2nd quarter). Again, it's a Behringer, so make sure you try it out; although judging by the V-amp this should have more than decent modeling.

You may want to try out the Behringer Bass V-amp...whenever it comes out. It should sell for much less than the Bass Pod.

I've recorded vocals with a SM57 with great results! If you're not going to use a condenser, you can't go wrong with SM57 for $80.
