Hello, I've owned this compressor for 10 years and have never used the manual. Actually, I totally forgot that I even owned this compressor until I recently moved and found it in a box. Does anyone have a manual or know where to locate a manual? It is not listed on the DOD discontinued list...
Well, first of all...thanks everybody for your words of wisdom and recording advice.
I wanted to post a "post-drum recording" follow up.
So, I used the Buss method to record the click & scratch tracks (onto tracks 1& 2). Then, used the Direct method to record the drums (via my Mackie mixer to...

I have arecording project in 2 days and I am befuddled on 2 accounts. They are seemingly easy questions but the owners manual isn't so forgiving...

I already have an outboard analoge/digital CD burner so I don't need the more expensive VF160EX (cd burner included) and I already have decent outboard gear. I'm switching from an old 8 track analoge TEAC...

Hello, new poster here:
Well, here's the scoop. I've got a home recording studio. It's an 8 track TEAC 1/2 reel to reel. It's powered by a kick-a$$ harmon Kardon tube. I've been using a decent mackie 16 channel mixing board, decent tube pre-amps, standard out-board effects rack.
