My problem was my xlr cable, i do not know what was wrong with it but there was definitely something iffy. I'd say buy a new xlr cable to test if thats the problem if not it COULD be your interface itself.

that question was different in my opinion at the time my mic was not working at ALL due to a faulty cable which i later found out but i never knew people were still replying because i never received any new emails but ok.

i have to set the gain nob about 3/4- 100% of the way for the sig LED to light up and my DAW is Logic Pro X
