Yeah, there's a lot to be desired and improved with the recording of that first track. I tried significantly different things, which I think made the quality of the second track much better --- at least for my ears.

I just bought a new laptop, which runs on Windows 7 64-bit. I was previously using WinXP, and the virtual drums I was using there was Drumcore Free. Apparently, Drumcore Free doesn't run on 64-bit systems. Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives I could consider now?
