Hey man, why not just get an ECHO Mia off ebay? I just sold my Audiophile 2496 and then turned around and bought a Mia. The Mia has pro level inputs (+4dbv) and balanced inputs wich the Audiophile lacks

Im going in through an Audiophile soundcard and can only hear a dry signal. Is it possible to monitor with Effects? I also have vegas video 2 and Sound forge 6 THANX

Has anyone tried this? I have a 603 wich has given me clean results, but not much thickness. would it fatten up the sound if I added A Studio Projects C3? Cardiod, Omni or Fig 8 mode? what position would y'all use? P.S. I've got 2 joe meek vc3q's

I used to have an AT4041....It was OK on acoustic, too clinical sounding though - I liked the 603s WAY better for acoustic guitar - I just think AT stuff is harsh....IMHO

I can't speak for Octavia, but I have 1 MXL603s and it is AWESOME for acoustic. I used to have a pricey Audio Technica 4051, and the MXL603s BLOWS IT AWAY. It's also great on my African drum - I think those Octavia's have swappable modules, so you can change it to omni, that sounds...
