a few songs, new to the board

erock, NYmorningstar- Thanks for the kind words. I have always had a habit of burying vocals with guitars, and am working on it. As for my setup, the instruments were (I think): -Harmony H162 acoustic -random beat-up Kay acoustic -some cheap tremolo pedal -Yamaha Clavinova and an Alesis...

a few songs, new to the board

Thanks! Maybe I should've been more clear - the songs are mostly acoustic guitar and vocals. I was mixing on headphones and crappy computer speakers, but don't think it turned out terrible.

a few songs, new to the board

I need help deciding on a digital piano.

The Casios are pretty nice. Have you tried a Yamaha? $2000 is way, way out of my price range, but I've got an older Clavinova I picked up for one tenth of that a little while back that was a great value at that price.

what brand of guitar/bass do you use?

mid 60's Harmony H162 acoustic Tokai Tele Custom copy I love the old Harmony acoustics. When you find one that's in good shape, they're the best for the money that I've owned.

    Best/Favorite SOLID STATE Amp (poll)

Standel amps were the best solid state amps ever made. Too bad they cost a bazillion dollars these days.

    Simple acoustic songs?

Elliot Smith has some nice two guitar songs, if you are into navel gazing, overly precious, heroin-addicted indie rock. Like "Say Yes" on either/or.
