    TASCAM M-106 Distorted Monitor Output on Right Channel

    I recently got a TASCAM M-106 mixer. Apart from two broken sliders (Channel 6 and Master Channel 1), it has a distortion on the right Monitor output, both headphones and RCA out. What can be the cause of this? Also, what size are the two sliders?
