Hello, has anyone ever had a problem with a 246 unit that all the peak lites stay on at power up...seems to also no to be receiving or letting out and inputs and outputs....I'm thinking power supply to the meters ..the transport works fine....not sure...could use some help...thanks

If anyone has these I would be interested in purchasing them....
