my sound card has 4 inputs. I have one mic that needs phantom power and three that do not. When I turn on phantom power on the breakout box phantom power is delivered to all 4 inputs. Will the phantom power hurt the other three mics or cables at all? Thanks. Phil

I am in the market for a plextor (I've heard they are the best) but need help deciphering what I need. What's the difference between the IDE, EIDE, SCSI... I don't have a SCSI card or whatever, so what else would I need if I got that? What's better the EIDE or the IDE? Thanks, Phil
