You didn't give any indication on your price level. I just went with Tascam's M164-UF mixer which has 10 tracks in via USB 2.0, and it's also a mixer at the same time! 490 USD / EUR, though it's a discontinued model at least Thomann in Europe carries it.

At the 12th fret really... where does the muddyness come from? What do you otherwise think of the sound? Good enough for a demo?
