Does anyone ever read this category? Why does my Cool Edit Pro occasionally render my mixdowns in '1 bit'? Is there a way to change the default mixdown settings? No luck sofar.

sound Cool song... I think the vox are a little too compressed, at least during the intro. The whole mix sounds a little flat/compressed, but then I'm into very open and bright sounds.

I hear I hear : 1) slow vocal phase in spots 2) compression 3) slow delay 4) perhaps some bandpassed short delay to fill out the high end 5) EQ 6) probably a gate 7) don't hear much 'verb but i'm sure its there on some tracks
