thanks for the quick reply...i run the mic xlr through the pre, then connect the pre to the interface with a trs cable. the interface connects to the computer via usb. i'll try playing around with the interface gain. thanks again.... marc

hi there....wasn't able to find this on a search, but does anyone know if i can use pro tools le w/ my edirol ua-25 interface, or do i have to use the mini that digidesigns sells with the software. alternatively, would the m- version work with the edirol interface? tia marc
