ptcan u export individual tracks from a PT session....to send to anothr person to mix and master but they dont use PT

i have a sterling st 55 and it has 3 switches on the mic...i found they r called high pass filter and attenuation pad switches. plus a switch tht has 0db and otherside says -10db...not sure which switch is the high pass nd which one is the attenuation or what they do...but does any1 know what...

Ive seen in alot o fpost of before people wanna practice their mixing skills to get better, its usually people just starting out and stuff well I am just wondering if there is anybody who uses pro tools who would like to try and mix down a session of mine for practice?

why do you need monitors when mixing is it really that important or can you just use headphones or computer speakers....tohelp mix cuz i have 5.1 surround speakers for my comp......and can u hook up computer speakers to an MBOX?
