Hi. A simple (spoken word) recording I made sounded fine on the studio montiors and in my car, but when I played it on my home stereo it sounded like I had recorded it with the reverb cranked way up. Any thoughts? John

Soemwhere I saw an ad for software that slows down a CD track without altering the pitch. I was thinking of getting it, but can't find the ad and don't remember the name of the product. Anyone familiar with this? John

the cable is xlr on one end and 1/4" plug on the other. I'm using an xlr adapter to connect to the pre-amp, but I guess that ain't the same thing when comes to phantom power. Makes sense. Thanks.
