I'm running it on a macbook pro so i don't believe i have a C drive. i tried putting the .dll files in the VST folder and restarting Cubase and it didn't do the trick

i downloaded VST's and put them in my VST folder but they aren't showing up. anybody know what I'm doing wrong??? At this point, I'll try anything. I'm using Cubase 5 LE. Thank you.
