I have a delta and a soundblaster card in my computer. When I open the soundcard controls from the view menu on N track it shows the soundblaster controls and not the Delta. How can I change this?
In browsing this forum for quite sometime. I have not seen anyone mention the need to use an audio buddy with the delta 44. The manual says that you must connect your guitar or mic into the audio buddy which then connects to the break out box. Failure to do so will damage the delta 44. Is...

My hp cd-rw does not read the cd. In the device manager it says it is working properly, but when I try to use it I get the drive not ready error message. It is set up as a slave drive.
I was listening to a conversation that was discussing hooking a drum machine into a recorder using the midi cable. What benefit would this give as compared to using rca plugs?
Also, they were talking about the drum machine being able to adapt to the tempo's being played?

I have a lisp on my recordings and do not have one when I talk. Is it cheap Mic's? Or could it be not properly mixed. I use a BR-8, whihc I'm sure is not the problem.
Looking to buy two good Mic's to record acoustic guitar. I have been told it is best to position one by the body and one by the neck. Is this good advice? Also, what type of mic is best for this?
