Mike, Yes, that would be interesting. Plans are to build a control room inside those dimensions. Recording areas on either side. But we'll see what we come up with for ideas.

I use a pair of Equator D5s (LOVE these!) with a Tannoy PS 110 sub. Also have a pair of passive Hafler M5s. They work for me.

Rolf, If you like the 4040, maybe check out one of it's big brothers that does multi pattern.

I was doing some research into a replacement cartridge for a Shure SM58 mic. So far the only place I've found one is from Shure, for $79!! Sheesh, I can buy the whole mic for $99! I know I've replaced two cartridges in 58s before, just can't remember where I got them. Might be time for a new mic.
