Just a couple comments. As someone said before...less reverb on the lead guitar that enters around 1:30 or so, and more on the vocals throughout. Also, I personally think that the guitars tracks for the first 1:30 or so are panned to far left and right. I would bring them closer to center a bit.

Drums. In your first tune, your intro consists of synth drums or something. The beat is ok, but it just sounds cheesy. I don't have a kit either, but I do have the best loops in the business. Check this out...very reasonably priced:Drums On Demand

I wish I could help you out with the noise issue, but I don't know the answer. I'd recommend taking it in to someone you can trust. As a side note, you don't really need to warm up for as long as you are. It certainly won't hurt anything, but it isn't necessary. The minimum is usually 30-60...
