I have an m audio nova and am looking for a good mic to pair with it for recording some simple drums. Quality isn't a huge importance, but I was wondering what would give me the best results for just using the 2 mics. Thanks.

I'm using my mbox 2 with cubase 5 and I have one xlr mic going into input one. Is there any way to achieve stereo recording other than panning two tracks? I'd appreciate any suggestions.
