    USB MIDI Adaptor, sound module

    Hi, I just brought a USB/MIDI adoptor to hook up with my JV1080,(Similar to this one) I connected both in / out to the jv and the usb to my Toshiba S... I do hear the "pop" when I plug the usb to the computer, the device seems to not be recognized.. any solution? USB "midi' led flashes but...

    Connecting A Yamaha s30/s80 to a Jv1080

    Hi ! I have a Roland S30 which( is basically the same thing than a s80) and the beast aka Roland Jv1080... I'm a complete newbie to synths, myself trying to learn like your alone, So I connected the MIDI OUT to my s30, the MIDI IN in the 1080; Set the Channel to 1 in my jv1080 here my setup...
