Dunno. I hear a lot of youtube videos where you can hear the sound of the strings as well as the amp and it doesn't sound too great. I think you would want to hear the "hollowness" of the guitar, which does come through the amp, versus the sound of the strings, or worse, the pick hitting the...

Wow, you did a great job on the vocals and mixing the vocals! I'm not so sure about the percussion-sounds a little harsh starting around 1:24. It has a washing (phasing) quality to it that detracts from the vocals. I want to hear more of the vocals :)

I like your voice a lot but I agree with the others above regarding the vocal tricks, breathiness, etc. Do you have any originals? If so, I'd love to hear what your muse gravitates towards, as you are covering such a huge range of styles on your SC page.

I think you should go to an open mic night and sing that song. Or a church. I think that would give you the confidence you need. It's a good song, and your voice is on par with, if not better than a lot of the singers I hear at open mics these days.

Interesting...here I was thinking the vocals were too loud compared to the guitar. I was recording into the mic on my laptop, which can't be too good. This weekend I will record through my mixing board. Thanks for listening.

I think you have a very good voice, but it sounds like you are straining to hit the higher notes. I don't know much about singing technique as I am a beginner myself, but I know music and you have a good voice my friend.
