So I was about to go buy one of those drum rugs made for holding your set in place and I figured I'd see what eveyone else is using. I don't have any carpet laying around in the basement or any old rugs that the dog took a shit on and are not in use anymore.

Looked at the little booklet that came with the mic and couldn't really figure out which setting did what. Is the one labelled 'S' the small rolloff and then the bass gets rolled-off progressively as you switch towards 'm' or is it the other way around?
