How do you get the effect where it sound like a slight reverb effect.. on the rap vocals but it isn't? I've been told people use delay but how do you do it in Cool Edit Pro?

Are they worth it? I find that alot of people are turning to using Usb Condenser Mics... your input please.

How do you do it? It's very seldom you'll here where an artist has a slight verb behind his words but I've been told it's done with Delay.. how do you do it in Cool Edit Pro or Audition?
