Hi! I'm new to the forum. I'm here because I am having problems with my Shure PG42 XLR microphone. Basically, I am trying to use phantom power to connect it to a Macbook. I have a Polsen XLR-USB-48 adapter. It's a cheap piece of equipment, but it IS supposed to provide 48 volts of phantom power...
