those asr-10s probably dont have the SCSI cause that interface itself is around 250-375 uninstalled. what ends up happening is you having to load ur soundkits from floppys... which take FOREVER. and saving samples that use up the entire ram... can take a few... its frustrating.. and thats the...

i got an asr10 and that shit aint 400... lol. maybe without the scsi. (or are you talkin the asrx) anyway... i just use mainly FL 6, Audition, (and maaaaaaaad records) to sample drums, etc... my asr-10 collects dust.

eh i know what he meant... fam chop that shit up in adobe audition... save each sample as a .wav assign each .wav to a channel in fruity loops adjust the pitch/timing to match the bpm adjust the volume cut of each channel to sharp send the selected .wav sample into the piano roll draw...

i ALWAYS sample. i dont care what yall say but... the way i chop a sample and use it in a beat... might as well be an original composition. i like original compos.... but seriously most producers goin that route sound like ass. either their kits are just plain homo or what... but iono. ill...
