    CompactFlash Card MR8

kdgospel Please take the time to explain the statement that " I work with the MR8 and my computer, so the CF card size doesn't matter." This is what bothers me the most about buying a MR8. $300 for the unit and another $150 or so for the right 512 card. that's $450 and I can get a VF80 for $499...

    Zoom PS04

Never heard the Zoom or the Fostex I said at the stereo store when the salesman says listen to this $150 stereo and then listen to this $700 stereo I can't really hear a difference. The only difference I would hear would be volume if there was a difference. So Chris, you've heard both the...

    Zoom PS04

This is not to peeve anyone off. After reading the latest post about the broken buttons and having to spend another $150 for a 512 card for a total of $450 to get decent recording time, I ask what good is better quality recording if the damn thing's key are breaking all over the place? You...

    VF80 without a CD burner

I'm looking at a VF80 without a CD burner. Can someone explain what will be required to get the files from the VF80 into my computer to burn a CD? Please give a guess as to how much money I'd need to spend for any special items that I would need to do this. Or should I forget about going this...

    Synchronization problem with HS7

Q, I've been owning CWHS7 for maybe 6 to 8 years or maybe more. I play Tenor sax and do sequences with an arranger keyboard for live performance. I use a few midi files that I use CWHS7 to transpose the key delete the melody etc. So this recording phase is all new to me. I'm trying to figure...

Support Q, Cakewalk support said it couldn't be done. I've never cut and paste with Cakewalk before but I'll give it a try. If you would, I'd appreciate it if you could offer a suggestion as to work with moving the audio or the midi if there's an advantage. My email is Brickboo2@yahoo.com...

I'm trying to record Sax audio with a midi file in CWHS7. The two tracks won't play-back correctly. I've been told I can't cut and paste or drag and drop either the midi nor the audio track so as to synchronize the audio track with the midi track. Does anyone know if this is possibe with 2004...

    VF80 or MR8

remove vocals Gary, The VF80 manual not only says that it can remove vocals but explains how to remove vocals and lead instruments from songs. Has anyone else here read this in the manual? I downloaded the manual and read most of it. It can also slow down a song without messing up the pitch.

    VF80 or MR8

I guess I don't understand the comment, "if you want to use it with your PC, get the MR8." Please explain, as I do need to get the files into my computer to burn CD's. I lke the idea of being able to slow down recorded licks from CD's with the VF 80. I assume the MR8 does not have this...
